Trauma and Complexity
Practical, experience-based guidance for therapists working with trauma and complexity
EMDR-informed | Reflective | Structured
Who is this for?
You may be working with clients whose presentations feel complex, demanding, or difficult
to move forward. You might be holding a lot in your clinical work and looking for a
space where you can think clearly, feel supported, and develop confidence in your
decisions. This is particularly suited to therapists working with trauma, anxiety, dissociation,
or more complex presentations.
How I support therapists working with trauma
Alongside my clinical work, I offer consultation and support for therapists who would
like to deepen their understanding of trauma-informed practice. This includes:
-
Thinking through complex or stuck cases
-
EMDR-informed perspectives
-
Developing confidence with trauma work
-
Supporting you to stay grounded and resourced
